My stay at this apart hotel was a wonderful experience. The location was extremely convenient, just a short walk to the beautiful Cleopatra beach. The room was clean and cozy, with a housekeeper that came every day. The staff spoke English, making communication easy. The hotel had all the necessary utilities and facilities for a comfortable stay. Plus, the breathtaking views from the room added to the overall charm.
I did encounter a minor issue with the check-in process, which caused a bit of disappointment.

We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was located near the best beach in town, which made it easy for us to go for a swim anytime we wanted. the staff members spoke English, which made communication with them a breeze.
We experienced a disappointing situation when we arrived at the hotel. We had been promised a room on the first floor with a city view by the owner himself prior to our arrival, but upon arrival, we were given a room on the fourth floor.
